2. Use of Services : You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt their functionality.

- Access data or materials you are not authorized to access.

- Use the Services to upload, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or confidential content without authorization.

3. Client Responsibilities : If you submit audio, video, text, or other materials (“Client Materials”), you agree that:

- You have the rights and permissions to share such materials with Spell Switch.

- The materials do not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

- You are solely responsible for the content you provide. Spell Switch is not liable for the content of your submissions.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security: We take confidentiality seriously. All Client Materials are treated as confidential. We do not store audio or transcripts locally on employee or contractor computers. Data is processed within secure, access-controlled environments.

However, no system is completely secure. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.
